- Confirm pickup and confirm delivery with one tap.
- Chat with the sender from inside the app.
- Track your earnings, monthly stats, and withdrawal history.
- Withdraw earnings to a verified Nigerian bank account.
- Complete KYC verification (NIN, BVN, ID document, facial
capture, address proof) to activate your agent account.
- Submit complaints to our support team from the Help
Centre.
- Manage your account: change password, edit profile,
deactivate or delete your account at any time from
Settings.

Becoming an agent
You will need a valid Nigerian phone number, a bank account,
and government-issued identification (NIN or BVN) to verify
your identity. Sign up inside the app to begin onboarding.
