About this app

EMS (Emergency Medical Service) Response Tracker helps emergency personnel log what happened and when during a callout, without getting in the way of the job.

Tap an action item to start a timer. Tap the next one to switch. The app records the elapsed time per item and a GPS track of your route, so you have a clean record of the response by the time you're back at base.

KEY FEATURES

• Per-action-item timers: one tap to switch between tasks (e.g. Dispatched, En route, On scene, Transporting, At hospital). The previous item closes automatically.
• GPS route tracking: captures your location at a configurable interval while a callout is active, plotted on a map.
• Resume in progress: if the app is closed or the device restarts mid-callout, you'll be prompted to resume where you left off.
• Customizable action items: edit the default templates or add your own to match your service's workflow.
• Callout history: browse past callouts with timings, totals, and the route that was taken.
• Map view: see your current position and the path travelled during the
active callout.
• Works offline: all data is stored locally on your device. No account, no
sign-up, no cloud sync required.

PRIVACY
Your callout data stays on your device. Location is only collected while a callout is active and you've granted permission. You can disable GPS entirely in settings or skip it for an individual callout.

PERMISSIONS
• Location (while in use / background) — required for GPS route tracking. Optional; the app works as a timer-only tool without it.

WHO IT'S FOR
Built for EMS crews, first responders, search-and-rescue volunteers, and anyone who needs a simple, reliable way to time the phases of an emergency response and keep a record of where they went.
This is a personal tool — not a dispatch system, not a replacement for your service's official reporting, and not connected to any control room. Use it alongside your existing procedures.
