Xentral Warehouse lets you manage essential warehouse workflows directly from your smartphone or mobile data collection device.

The app supports purchase order goods receipts, quick goods receipts without a purchase order, return processing, and mobile warehouse management.

Features:

• Open purchase orders and record delivered items
• Scan items or enter quantities manually
• Record batches, best-before dates, and serial numbers
• Assign storage locations and book incoming goods
• Quickly store items without an associated purchase order
• Search, create, and process returns
• Store, retrieve, and transfer items between storage locations
• View current stock levels and storage location contents
• Capture delivery notes and return documents and attach them directly to the corresponding record

Flexible scanning:

Xentral Warehouse supports your mobile device’s camera scanner, compatible mobile data collection devices with integrated scanners, and Bluetooth handheld scanners.

GS1 barcodes are recognized automatically. Information such as the product, batch, best-before date, serial number, and quantity can be captured in a single scan.

Mobile warehouse operations:

After login, the app synchronizes relevant product and warehouse data with the device. This allows products and storage locations to be recognized and scanned even without a continuous internet connection.
