Unable to view my current requst for service. There is an input string message when the app is opened. Connected with support team and they told that it could be a technical glitch but no solution. Can someone please fix the issue ?

Useless. Recently launched Redmi 12 5g with 256 gb, the hotspot does not work. You take to their service center. He does something and sends you. We have to make umpteen trips but nothing works

Totally useless app. One has to type details again and again, but the app won't register any of it. Full of bugs. This type of trash is not expected from a company like mi, when they have such huge customer based in India.
