Kept having me re-enter my wifi info, then it would show a list of wifi networks that didn't include mine, basically going in circles. Sometimes it would say it was connecting, but failed. I eventually got past that after about 10 minutes. That was incredibly frustrating. Once the app finally gets the light to connect, it's pretty nice, and has a straightforward user interface. It works with Google Home too. It'd be 5 stars if the network setup didn't keep repeating itself.

App keeps disconnecting and changing lights is difficult. I have created my own light displays but have difficult changing. No manual comes to explain how to use controller and just getting static multicolored lights have proven impossible. Bought them because they were cheaper than other options and I now know why.

It's ok. I wish there were twinkle effects. everything sorta runs or sprints across. no twinkle effects. tried doing something myself but couldn't find a feature besides colors and preset running types. again, running.
