Zero company support -cannot use camera. I bought this camera and I need a SIM card to get it up and running. I have reached out to customer service multiple times to get this sorted out, but I'm getting absolutely no response. A security camera is useless if you can't connect it, and the lack of support is completely unacceptable. Avoid this brand unless you want to be stranded.

Absolutely no customer service. my 4g lte trail camera has been inoperative for going on 2 weeks. I've physically reset it and still nothing. contacted customer support multiple times about this issue and the time and date being incorrect despite performing the calibration.

The The Envilink App is USELESS! I purchased an OUTDOOR EXPERT Cellular Trail Camera powered by Envilink App. It worked wonderfully for 7 days. That is the free data that is supplied with the camera. From that time on you must purchase data from the app.I have since purchased 3 (that's THREE) of their options for data. I have never seen any video since the complimentary data ran out!!! There is no technical support offered and no customer service listed. Just another ripoff from China!
