Ratings and reviews

This is legit. However, there are some updates that are not applied to certain individuals, like the interface of profile where you see your Task, and No problem with Cash out. But there is a tab with Transfer, as per say of our handler. It's only for Agent to Agent transactions. If so why is it visible with the Host. I suggest, remove it because it's not applicable with the HOST account.

I love the app but the customer service is poor. I have sent a lot of messages but they didn't even reply for once. I hope this concern or issue will find a solution especially those users who tried to contact customer service of your app, yet didn't receive any response.

This app would be great, I'm enjoying the friendly agency members I met, but I'm annoyed because my account suddenly logged out even though I wasn't touching it. I sent an email as instructed. I also asked my groupmate about face auth, but why doesn't the customer service team open? I've already saved a lot, so why would it be like that with me HALA?
