I did not receive any notification or clear reason for this action. I contacted support, but the issue has not been resolved. I hope Hala will review my case, provide a proper explanation, and improve the way it handles users' accounts. No user should lose access to their account and earnings without clear communication.

when I first time using Hala I said this is my best app because is good app but now it's worst app because is hard to earn & it's hard to withdraw you need to get J level it's hard to make 50k points before to withdraw.i hope you can return the former the withdrawal or less the points.
