I love the app but the customer service is poor. I have sent a lot of messages but they didn't even reply for once. I hope this concern or issue will find a solution especially those users who tried to contact customer service of your app, yet didn't receive any response.

This app would be great, I'm enjoying the friendly agency members I met, but I'm annoyed because my account suddenly logged out even though I wasn't touching it. I sent an email as instructed. I also asked my groupmate about face auth, but why doesn't the customer service team open? I've already saved a lot, so why would it be like that with me HALA?

This app seems the best app to earn income. But slowly it draws money from the user pocket. Feedback: if it is deemed income generating app atleast it income record should based on 30 days not 7-day. Not only this any level met or secured should stay the same; only the income within the specified period should decrease based on the last week first day cancelled off. But the level with corresponding hourly income should be reserved until the user levels up ahead.
