Droid ADB Wifi Manager application allows to establish ADB connections using wireless network. This is a very useful application if you don't have the device USB cable.
Instructions (Assumed that you have Droid ADB WIFI Manager installed in your device):
- Execute this application(Droid ADB Wifi manager) in your android device. - Click to the big icon to on adb wifi manager. - Execute from terminal "adb connect XX.XX.XX.XX(ip):xxxx(port number)".
Works in Android 2.3 and greater. Remember to activate USB debugging in device settings.
Requirement : -- Rooted phone only. -- Installed the adb on your PC.

Adb over USB didn't work for me for some reason (need usb3, maybe). This works perfectly. Just make sure you're connected to the same wifi, preferably local.
