About this app
This application is the Android version of the www.e-bloc.ro platform
The creation of access accounts is done by the administrator of the owners' association, through the BlocManagerNET software (ex: from the "Online" menu, "Global users ..." or double click on the apartment, the "Tenants" tab, "Add .. "at the bottom of the window)
The main functions of the application are:
- displaying information related to the cost of maintenance
- introduction of meter indices
- sending tickets to the administration
- location of cash payment terminals (eg PayPoint, SelfPay etc)
Using the cashier function requires a bluetooth thermal printer.
Supported models:
- Zebra ZQ110
- Datecs DPP-250 and DPP-350
- Intermec PR2
- from our tests, any "Chinese" printer (eg POS, PT, ZJ, Rongta, BPP, Zeus, etc.) in the price category 300-700 Lei

Until recently, I was able to pay with Revoluts's single use virtual card. Now when I am trying to pay, after I confirm the payment in Revolut, the transaction is declined, saying that VISA code 57 .Transaction not permitted to card cardholder. Please fix this issue

There was a change in how Revolut validates these types of transactions. We managed to fix the situation so, now should work again.

App only allows you to take pictures, not to attach them if you had them already, the browser version has that, yet they recommend the app which lacks functionality...

Am introdus această limitare pentru a ne asigura (pe cât posibil) că imaginea contorului este din momentul "prezent" (o imagine salvată poate să fie de acum o lună sau mai veche)
