About this app

This application is the Android version of the www.e-bloc.ro platform

The creation of access accounts is done by the administrator of the owners' association, through the BlocManagerNET software (ex: from the "Online" menu, "Global users ..." or double click on the apartment, the "Tenants" tab, "Add .. "at the bottom of the window)

The main functions of the application are:
- displaying information related to the cost of maintenance
- introduction of meter indices
- sending tickets to the administration
- location of cash payment terminals (eg PayPoint, SelfPay etc)

Using the cashier function requires a bluetooth thermal printer.

- Zebra ZQ110
- Datecs DPP-250 and DPP-350
- Intermec PR2
- from our tests, any "Chinese" printer (eg POS, PT, ZJ, Rongta, BPP, Zeus, etc.) in the price category 300-700 Lei

Ratings and reviews

It was an ok app. The problem now is that we can't upload any meter readings, nor upload any pictures. I'm not the single user in this situation. This is even worse when you take in count the fees charged for the payments made through the app.

Im trying for few days to open my application and is just buffering. Can you please fix it. Because of that right now I'm giving only 2 stars.

the keyboard won't stay put so can not input sum of transaction. thanks for your answer
