My lightstick wasn't connecting for so long in multiple tries as I was holding the lightstick behind my phone. But once I held the power button for 10second until it turned on then did colorful flashes and turned off all by itself, I then went back to the app, held the light stick in front of my phone then it had connected! I'm so happy and it works perfectly now:). I hope this helps out, that maybe your lightstick needs a refresh/restart on itself

I initially thought that it was just me, but apparently, other users also experience the same problem. The CARAT Bong won't connect unlike then, despite it perfectly working, has new batteries, and my phone's bluetooth is on. I would love this app to get fixed since I really liked how we could change the light's colors before. Thank you! β€οΈ

I have manage to connect it once, and now it keep on saying that the authentication data of the app and light stick does not match, I keep on following the instruction of holding the light stick button for 10 sec but nothing happens. The light stick just turn blue and give the notice once again. My light stick is in good shape, new batteries, and original so I doubt its with the light stick. Kindly fix this app.
