App is acceptable the company is unreliable! It doesn't message to tell you when a driver is on the way. But you can always go into the app to check. The problem is when you do you are constantly shown a driver is on the way only to check moments later and find you are still waiting because they cancelled. This is because the driver doesn't know the destination until they accept the job. And if they don't like it they just pick another. The service is terrible!

Quite disappointed to be honest. I have used the app a few times now and paid by card over the app on the one occasion. I got charged £4.50 for the fare and 2 lots of £1.01 on my card so £2.02 with no explanation whatsoever. I am assuming it's a card charge but they don't mention this at all. Wont be using again. Lost a very regular customer over this.
