It is built for move-in, move-out, and routine visits where you need to quickly log the unit label, the area checked, the condition result, and a short finding note. The Queue tab acts as a practical dashboard with status lanes for pass, watch, and issue found walkthroughs. It also shows a stacked count strip for each result type, a quick action to start a new walkthrough, and the three most recent entries for fast follow-up. The Inspect tab gives you a simple form-first screen for creating a new walkthrough or updating an existing one without extra steps. You can save changes when a check is complete or delete a walkthrough when a record is no longer needed. The History tab keeps all saved walkthroughs in reverse order, making it easy to review past visits by unit, area checked, and condition result. The Find tab provides local text search so you can filter walkthroughs by unit label, inspected area, result, or note content in seconds. All records are stored locally on your device, which is useful for keeping inspection notes available in the field and easy to access later. The app focuses on a flat, straightforward walkthrough record, so there are no extra linked items to manage. Clear tab navigation and visible actions help you move between logging, reviewing, editing, deleting, and searching without hidden menus.
