On Time Message lets you schedule SMS and email to send at a date and time you choose. Compose once, send later—by SMS, email, or both—and manage recipients and history in one place.
What you can do
Schedule messages – Set a future date and time for SMS, email, or “SMS + Email.” Messages are sent automatically.
Manage recipients – Add contacts manually or import from your device. Store name, phone, email, timezone, and optional photo and signatures.
Timezone-aware – Set each recipient’s timezone so you see “your time” and “their time” and send at a good time for them.
Track everything – History shows pending, sent, failed, and cancelled messages. View details, cancel pending, or delete.
Email via Gmail – To send scheduled emails, connect your Gmail account with Google OAuth. No app account is created; this is only used to send mail on your behalf.
The app has 8 screens.
1.Recipients – List of recipients with search, add, and import. Tap for details or to send a message.
2.Recipient detail – View/edit contact (name, phone, email, timezone, photo, signatures). Option to send a message.
3.Add recipient – New contact: name, phone, email, timezone, optional photo and signatures.
4.Import contacts – Import from device contacts; pick who to add as recipients.
5.Send message – Compose SMS, email, or both. Set date/time, timezone, subject (email), and optional signatures, then schedule.
6.History – List of all messages by status. Swipe to cancel or delete; bulk cancel/delete from header. Tap for details.
7.Message detail – Full details for one message; cancel if pending or delete.
8.Profile – Your name, timezone, phone, signatures; connect Gmail (Google OAuth) to enable sending email; sign out from Gmail when you want to disconnect.
Good for reminders and follow-ups, reaching people in other timezones, and batching “send later” for SMS and email in one app. Data is stored on your device; scheduling uses notifications and alarms so messages can send in the background.
