Delivery & Returns
Xmart.jo provides reliable delivery across Jordan. Our return policy is valid for 7 days from
the date of receiving your order. After 7 days, we are unable to accept return or exchange
requests.
Conditions for Return
Products must be in their original condition - unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Returns are only accepted for products with proven manufacturing defects or external
damage upon opening.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

• Products purchased under 'Final Sale' offers
• Any product damaged after delivery or used
Return Process

WhatsApp within 7 days. Do not send the product back without prior approval. We may
request photos or videos as proof. After review, we will inform you whether the product
qualifies for replacement or refund.
Replacement
If a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is confirmed, we will do our best to replace the
product with an identical or equivalent item. Replacement is the fastest resolution for eligible
cases.
Refund
If a replacement is unavailable and a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original
payment method within 10 business days. If delayed, first contact your bank, then reach out

Shipping Costs
• The customer bears the full return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If original shipping was free, the return cost will be deducted from the refund.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, store credit or a voucher may be
