Gif Me! Camera is a GIF maker and GIF editor to create animated GIFs from your camera, your videos or your photos, then share them anywhere.

Capture a moment with the built-in GIF camera, or convert a video, a series of photos or an existing GIF into an animation. Trim, reorder and crop the frames, add animated text, stickers, emojis or drawings, apply filters, blur a face, zoom in on a detail, adjust the speed, then export as GIF or MP4 and share your creation on your favorite social networks and messaging apps.

GIF MAKER
- Record with the camera: normal, multi record (pause and resume) or stop motion with a ghost of the previous frame
- Timer, flash, square format, rule-of-thirds grid, front and back camera, up to 400 frames
- Convert a video to GIF: pick the range on a thumbnail strip, the frame rate and the size
- Import a video into the editor to work on it frame by frame
- Turn photos into a GIF
- Import an existing GIF

GIF EDITOR
- Frame editor: reorder by drag and drop, remove, flip, rotate, add images, trim the start and the end
- Crop the whole animation (free, 1:1, 4:3, 3:4, 16:9)
- Speed from 1 to 30 frames per second, forward, backward or back-and-forth loop
- Animated text: 30+ fonts, colors, outline, shadow, background, opacity and 19 animation effects (typewriter, bounce, rainbow, fade, zoom, slide...)
- Stickers, emojis and freehand drawing
- Filters and decorative frames
- Adjustments: brightness, contrast, gamma, saturation, warmth, hue
- Pixelate or blur an area to hide a face or a licence plate
- Zoom effect: end the animation on a detail of the picture

Ratings and reviews

You'd get five stars if you added these options in the next update: -An option to trim videos, in vase you recorded too much or wanted to shorten the clip you just recorded -The settings (fps setting etc) should be in the camera window rather than in tbe one before. It would make more sense especially with the above added -As somebody mentioned before: an option that lets you set the size of the given gif. Also makes sense All in all great app but these 3 suggestions would make it even better

Serious flaw. No crop function. If I import a few screenshots, they're cropped to a square at a fixed place. I can neither move the frame, nor change its size. So silly. And this is called Pro.

I am amased of how many people report bad quality when saving, and they don't notice the option right before save to change quality. I suggest the developer to change the default to High Dithering so many simple people won't complain any more. And add a warning that Whats App usually recompresses and make bad quality unless sending images as documents.
