I would like to write a follow up to my previous post to thank Xomly for refunding my subsciption. On Nov 15, 2021 they emailed me a receipt for $150 refund and also a separate email (same date) to let me know that they were going to refund me. I checked my bank statement and the refund hit on Nov 17, 2021. Thank you again Xomly for your response and quick action. I appreciate it very much!

UNABLE TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH XOMLY. They billed me by email on Nov 2, 2021. Neither their invoice nor their receipt had a phone number on it, only an email and support website. I emailed them back on Nov 6, 2021 requesting that they cancel my subscription, refund the $150 charge and not renew any future charges and did not hear back from them. Emailed them again on Nov 9 and again today Nov 15 and have still not heard from them. Still no refund & no communication from them.

Horrible app when it comes to cancelling your subscription, they make it very difficult.
