You use three distinct templates to assemble your skeletons from individual body parts. Every unit is built from four essential components: the Head, Torso, Arms, and Legs. Your tactical decisions in the workshop directly dictate how your army behaves on the battlefield. Equipping specific weapons determines if a unit becomes a nimble Basic Skeleton with daggers, a long-reaching Spearman, a devastating Mage, or a heavily armored Tank with a massive shield. Be careful with your designs—a skeleton missing its legs might be forced to stand its ground as a stationary defender, while one without a head might lose its tactical edge.

Merge, Evolve, and Overpower
Progression in Merge Undead is driven by the merge mechanic. By combining two identical parts of the same grade, you create a higher-level version with significantly boosted health, attack speed, and damage. Between intense waves of enemies, you will enter the Shop to purchase new components or reroll for better gear. Managing your gold and mana is vital, as you must decide whether to swarm the enemy with a horde of basic ghouls or invest your resources into a few elite, high-level warriors.

The battle for the crypt is a test of timing and planning. As mana accumulates automatically, you must choose the perfect moment to summon your custom-built units to meet the approaching human army. Between waves, you can adapt your strategy by selecting powerful perks that enhance your critical hit chance, movement speed, or even heal your base. The war doesn't end with a single victory; use the soft currency earned from combat to permanently upgrade your skeleton parts in the meta-progression menu.
