doesn't provide any useful information to contact someone about a package still being delivered since last month and stick at the warehouse. very disappointing

I wish I would have known. When you order items, you never know who the carrier is. Xpackaged, claimed my package was delivered, but wasn't. There's no number for them either. Discouraged

this app put up fake tracking info .... so I suggest anyone looking at this get a refund from whatever online store you bought from because it was a fraudulent online shopping
