Still no answers. Fed up ... been almost month since ordered. why a box of clothes was held at customs for so long. They don't return calls. This order was for a wedding trip and I ordered it in plenty of time. will never use company again!!!!!!

I wish I would have known. When you order items, you never know who the carrier is. Xpackaged, claimed my package was delivered, but wasn't. There's no number for them either. Discouraged

doesn't provide any useful information to contact someone about a package still being delivered since last month and stick at the warehouse. very disappointing
