maybe the app is great, the parking lot was so poorly marked that I wasn't sure that I wasn't going to get a ticket. I couldn't use the app because even after agreeing to locations it couldn't tell me what lot I was parked at.

the app is absolute trash. the lot number is not found in the app, the card reader is broken. I waste my time with 4 other people standing around this kiosk. park anywhere else but these garbage lots.

Google Pay doesn't work. Google login flow is implemented incorrectly. The app doesn't show time correctly or catches up later.. an abysmal piece of software and a testament to incompetence everywhere. Hire a PM and a development team that has a clue and stop making everyone's life worse. Whoever bought this for Key West near Duvall Street should be fired immediately.
