About this app

Xplora app is designed for parents or guardians to manage Xplora smartwatch.

Xplora app uses your daily activity health information from your smartphones (Health app) such as step data to track your day & progress over time. Your activity will be your power source to join our activity campaigns and compete with your children with Xplora smartwatches.

In the app, you can

* Manage contacts of kids watch
* Voice calling and messaging to kids watch
* Check its location of kids watch
* Manage a safety zone
* Manage school mode

When I bought the clock, I could activate and deactivate school mode in the app, I would see the clock react instantaneously. Now I can't remove school if it's holidays, and I have forgotten to remove it before it activates. This new app replaces the previous buggy one, and is again very buggy. You should test your products. The watch is also buggy. Quite often it does not charge (and yes I have checked the contact, it is shiningly clean).

App is awful. GPS info available is very poor. Safety ROUTES can't be added and the smallest distance on safe zone is 300 metres which is a big area so in my situation I can't even set a safe zone in the middle because they overlap. In effect, it eliminates the safety element of the tracker feature. Texting contacts too complicated, should be possible to send invite direct from guardian app to whitelist contact. Watch battery is terrible. Would NOT recommend Xplora X6 watch.

1. often get logged out. 2. location is not accurate and doesn't update regularly enough. There is at least 500m to 1km error and often refreshing doesn't update to the latest location. 3. often calls are not connecting properly and we have to call each other multiple times to get connected. 4. in general very unreliable and outdated tech not worth the money! 5. a cheap 50€ worth Chinese competitor WITHOUT any forced subscription model did a better job with more precision! 6....and more bugs!
