Install the app in your delivery rider's smartphone and let them do more with just a few taps, including:
● Viewing the waybill list – Here, your rider can easily view and update the packages they need to deliver. Need to check the waybill information? With a single tap, they can view the waybill, shipper, consignee, and package details.
● Updating the waybill status – Your rider only needs to choose a status from the drop-down menu. And because these are dynamic statuses, it means that the app will only display statuses that are appropriate to the waybill's current status. This prevents any confusion and simplifies deliveries even more.
● Giving real-time status updates – Statuses are updated in real-time, giving your team and your customers timely updates on the package. This helps you manage your resources a lot more efficiently while giving your customers peace of mind.
● Scanning barcodes – Use your phone's built-in camera to scan package barcodes—no need for expensive peripherals. Scanning retrieves all the waybill data, eliminating the need to enter details manually on the phone or with a pen and paper.
● Accepting e-Signatures – Verify acceptance of packages with e-Signatures. Just let the recipient sign on the app and you're good to go!
