The app keeps crashing. I can’t access settings or switch to other accounts. Whenever I click the three lines on the left, the app closes automatically. Please find a solution.

I don't know why people say that this app is good and i am totally sure that they are bots {bots} X Plus Tel is a nonsense app and I am so disappointed ☹️ now the app is no longer working on my Redmi13c anymore, anytime I open the app it closes by itself, I can no longer access the anymore and all my important chats are there, please fix your app so that I can have access to it again 😭 it does not deserve any Star from me. Be careful, those good reviews are BOT. nonsense

They really don't care about your feelings when you lose your accounts, which has a lot of information in it. If they cared, they would have fixed this bug in the last few months.
