They are just really bad delivery partners, every time they add false remarks and at the end product's delivery get cancelled. I have faced this many a times, nobody could help you if they don't want to deliver shipment that's it you won't receive it. Poor customer service. I will never rely on them again. Have to give one star otherwise it won't let me submit the review otherwise they don't deserve one star also.

Hope there was zero star, NEVER USE there SERVICE....the delivery was delayed for 10days, but the app showed the 1st day shipping status, after 12days it said lost in transit, customer care said would take another 5 to 6 days......worst service ever.. This is the third time shipping takes 10 to 12days frustrating.....that to a distance of just 400kms which I get over night.

Extremely disappointing experience with Xpressbee! I was expecting a delivery today, but the delivery boy didn't even bother to call me before leaving. The lack of communication from the delivery boy is unacceptable. I tried calling the customer service number, but they just apologized and asked me to wait for a callback that never came. Xpressbee needs to train their delivery staff to be more considerate and professional. Not receiving a call from the delivery boy is inexcusable.
