About this app
XPulse Fleet is the companion app for fleet managers, operators, and business owners running electric vehicles on the XPulse EV platform. Track every vehicle in your fleet live, monitor driver behaviour, review trip history, set geofences, and see the green kilometres you are saving — all from a single Android app.
KEY FEATURES
Live map
See every vehicle on a real-time map with course, speed and last-fix indicators. Filter by moving, idle, or steady status and tap any vehicle to open a detail card with plate, driver, IMEI, coordinates, last update time and current speed.
Trips and route history
Play back any trip on a map to review distance, average and top speed, stops, and idle time. Trips are automatically segmented so you can analyse each leg of a journey independently.
Green km and CO2 savings
XPulse Fleet counts the electric-only kilometres each vehicle covers and gives you a running estimate of petrol litres saved and CO2 avoided — a clear picture of the environmental impact of your electrification programme.
Geofences and alerts
Draw circular or polygon geofences directly from the app. Get instant alerts when vehicles enter, exit, or dwell in an area, and use geofences to enforce depot boundaries, customer sites, or restricted zones.
Fleet insights
See fleet-wide counters for total kilometres, drivers on duty, overspeed incidents, and vehicles that stopped reporting. The "Needs attention" tile surfaces the vehicles you should look at first.
Vehicle and driver management
View every car in your fleet with make, model, VIN, and the assigned driver's contact details. Reach a driver directly from the vehicle detail sheet.
Secure sign-in
XPulse Fleet uses Firebase phone-number authentication. Sign in with the mobile number registered against your XPulse account, verify with a 6-digit OTP, and pick your organisation from the tenant list.
