Organizing your photos is now done right on your device.
GalleryX does not send photos to a server. Finding duplicates, filtering out blurry photos, and searching all happen exclusively within your mobile phone.
■ No Internet Permissions
Most gallery apps claim they "do not transmit." GalleryX has been designed to prevent this from happening at all.
Internet access permission is not declared for this app. Please check this yourself in Android Settings → Apps → GalleryX → Permissions. Since opening a network connection is blocked at the operating system level, there is no way for photos to leave the device.
All functions work perfectly even when switched to Airplane Mode. There is no login, sign-up, or account required.
■ Find and organize duplicate photos
Leave the app running, and it will automatically analyze your photos. You do not need to press any buttons.
· Groups identical or nearly identical duplicate photos together
· Organizes consecutive burst photos into a single group
· Filters out out-of-focus, blurry photos
· Finds large files that take up a lot of storage space
Most importantly, we will explain why we recommend keeping those photos. Since it displays the sharpness, exposure, and composition scores exactly as they are, you can verify the app's judgment. If you are not satisfied, you can simply tap the photo you wish to keep to replace it.
You can organize photos by group separately or organize all found photos at once.
Organization always begins with a preview, and the process only executes after you tap it. We have not implemented a stealth deletion feature. Deleted photos do not disappear immediately but remain in the system trash for 30 days, so you can undo them even if you make a mistake.
■ Multiple Photos at Once (Long Press for 2 Seconds)
Long-press a photo for 2 seconds or more to activate selection mode. We intentionally made the duration longer to prevent accidental activation while scrolling.
Actions you can perform with selected photos at once:
· Move Folder — Moves the actual file to the desired folder
· Send to Trash
· Add to Library to Encrypt
· Share multiple photos at once
[Select All] A single press captures the entire list you are currently viewing.
■ Organize with Folders
Separating travel photos, photos of children, and receipt screenshots into folders makes them much easier to find later.
When moving, the list of existing folders appears in order of the number of photos, and if the folder you want does not exist, you can create a new one. Since actual files are transferred rather than just pretending to be sorted within the app, they remain organized exactly as they are when connected to other gallery apps or a PC.
■ Photos are sorted automatically
To ensure you can find photos even if thousands have accumulated, it automatically sorts them by reading folder and shooting information.

· Photos received via Messenger

· Documents/Scans
· Edited Photos
Screenshots are sorted one more time. Since they are categorized into Transfers/Accounts, Receipts, Conversation Captures, Shopping, Documents, Tickets/Reservations, and Maps, you can find "that transfer screen from back then" much faster.

It understands time periods (today, yesterday, last week, last summer, August 2025, last 30 days), locations, the distinction between photos and videos, and exclusion conditions such as "exclude," "exclude," and "without."
Furthermore, the app displays exactly how it interpreted your commands on the screen. Since the time period and location are indicated by a chip, you can immediately identify which condition caused an unusual result.
■ Privacy Vault
Put photos you do not want others to see into the vault.
· AES-256-GCM encryption. Uses a different key for each photo
· Unlock with fingerprint, face, or password
· Screenshots and screen recordings are blocked on the vault screen
· Excluded from cloud backups
· Locks again immediately when you exit the app
Incidents where registering a new fingerprint invalidates the device security key, preventing photos from being opened forever, frequently occur in other apps. GalleryX is designed to automatically recover files when opened with a password.

It doesn't just handle photos. It plays, categorizes, and finds duplicates videos on the same screen.
■ Lightweight
Installation size is approximately 3MB. There are no ads or subscription-inducing pop-ups.

■ Required Permissions
· Photos and Videos: These are the core functions of the Gallery app. They are used only to display and organize photos on the device.
· Biometric Authentication: Used only to unlock the library (Optional)
It does not require location, contact, or internet permissions. It does not read GPS information from photos either.
On Android 14 or higher, if you select "Allow selected photos only," all functions will work normally with those photos.
■ Important Note
We do not store library passwords. Therefore, we cannot access your photos, nor can we recover them if you forget your password. Please choose a password that you will not forget.
We recommend backing up important photos separately.
