Opened app and a blank screen with wording in the middle "tap + to add device" appears and theres nothing else.

The app needs permission for storage to record any video but the app won't request it and there's no way to force it to have storage permission without the app requesting it. In practice this means you can hook it up and see what's on the camera but you can never record.

This app charges a subscription fee when you down load it, then you have to appeal for a refund. There is no warning you are being charged and no agreement to pay
