The withdrawal service is terrible—you have to wait 1–3 business days to receive your money. It feels like how exchanges operated back in the 1990s, while most exchanges today allow almost instant withdrawals. Another issue is that this XREC exchange only offers 3x leverage, and the process is complicated with all the forms you have to fill out. Perhaps operating in Taiwan means it’s too tightly regulated, making it unsuitable for investment.

I've been waiting for over 20 days for my KYC verification to be completed. Despite repeated follow-ups, all I keep hearing is “we're escalating the issue,” but absolutely no action has been taken. Most other exchanges complete the KYC process within minutes, yet this platform is dragging it on for nearly a month. What's worse, their support team is completely unresponsive — no helpful replies, no timeline, no accountability. At this point, it's hard to recommend this exchange.
