made a deposit refreshed wallet to see update keep getting no user found. go to support send a message and it says missing parameters and wont let me message them either. check and it showed it was recieved. I log out log in account blank and I cant do nothing and contact no one

I Can't log in with my phone number, it sends my otp then says my phone number is invalid and the box to input the otp disappears and returns me to the enter a phone number space again. Not sure how to get a hold of customer support either, not very user friendly. I am hoping it's because I had another phone number when I started with xrpaynet and that I can somehow get a hold of customer service and into my account.

DO NOT download this Volta wallet. It is's 100% a SCAM. You will lose your crypto. I logged into the app and the wallet was signed out. App asked me to sign in with my password. Prior I never had to sign in with password. I signed in and app was blank and now asking me to restore wallet with seed phrase. Entered my seed phrase and my crypto is missing or not showing. Contacted Customer service and still no response. Wallet keeps signing me out for no reason and starts all over again.
