since the most recent update, my mailbox alarm no longer sends push notifications to my cell phone. if I check the app, it will show when the mail was delivered, but no push notifications. 😕 I've checked everything, notifications are enabled in both the app & in my cell phone app settings. the help section is no help. I've had the mailbox alert for almost 2 years, working great until now.

Background: I bought and installed a set of three temperature/humidity sensors a week ago. Pros: The devices set up and paired instantly with no problems. Cons: You can only log into one device at a time. When you log into a second device, you are logged out of the first device. I have a phone and tablet, and it is very annoying to have to go to my password manager and re-log in every time I switch devices. Separately, the font size is incredibly small, so the app is VERY hard to use.

This is a five-star product. The base station easily connects to wifi, and sensors are easy to connect to the base. The app itself is simple and informative. I had given it a one-star rating because the app showed that the base station had disconnected from wifi, and needed to be manually reconnected, making this not suitable for remote use. Within a day, I was contacted that it was being addressed, and this morning it was resolved. THANK YOU.

Dear Bill, Our technical team is resolving the issue. A new version of the app will be released in 48 hours. Please restart your phone or the app first. You can also uninstall and reinstall it. If the issue persists, clear data in Settings > Apps > X-Sense > Storage & Cache > Clear Storage. Kind regards,
