EDIT: I emailed with details & they fixed whatever the issue was! Very happy with their customer service! ORIG: Since the most recent update, my mailbox alarm no longer sends push notifications to my cell phone. if I check the app, it will show when the mail was delivered, but no push notifications. 😕 I've checked everything, notifications are enabled in both the app & in my cell phone app settings. I've had the mailbox alert for almost 2 years, working great until now.

Guess I won't be using this app anymore because my XS01-WX was recalled for sometimes not going off! So yeah, can't suggest this app or the company. edit to their response: the product was recalled, I got my refund, there is nothing to fix, because the issue was serious enough to merit a recall. The fact this wasn't clear from my first review shows me the issues echoe through the whole company.

Background: I bought and installed a set of three temperature/humidity sensors a week ago. Pros: The devices set up and paired instantly with no problems. Cons: You can only log into one device at a time. When you log into a second device, you are logged out of the first device. I have a phone and tablet, and it is very annoying to have to go to my password manager and re-log in every time I switch devices. Separately, the font size is incredibly small, so the app is VERY hard to use.
