About this app

Some arguments do not end. Best pizza in town, greatest album of the decade,
who in the group chat is actually funny. Bracketeer is where they get settled.

Build a bracket for anything from 4 to 64 entrants, put it in front of the
people whose opinion you want, and let the votes decide it round by round.

BUILD IT IN A MINUTE
Name it, drop in the field, seed it or let it shuffle. Themes and crest colours
so a bracket about your fantasy league does not look like one about breakfast
cereal.

VOTE LIVE
Tallies move as people tap. Turn on blind voting and nobody sees the count
until they have committed, so the crowd stops voting for the crowd. Put a clock
on a single match or a whole round and let the deadline do the arguing.

RUN IT AS A LEAGUE
A crew is a room with a door. Share an invite code, or vet everybody who knocks.
Inside there is chat, notices from whoever runs it, scoring, live standings, and
rivalry receipts: who has beaten who, and by how much.

TAKE THE TROPHY SHOT
Export the finished bracket, a single round, or one matchup as a card built for
a story or a group thread. Everything is drawn in the app, so it looks the same
on every phone.

A NEW PHONE, SAME BRACKETS
Sign in once with Google or Apple and your account travels with you. We ask
them for no name and no email address, only an anonymous identifier, so there
is no password to forget and nothing of yours to leak. Lose the phone, keep the
brackets.

BRACKETEER PRO
Playing is always free. One banner at the bottom of the screen pays for that,
and Pro removes it. Pro also opens the commissioner tools: leagues up to 64
seats, custom scoring rules, archived seasons, squares sheets and a shareable
standings poster. You pay to run a league, never to play in one.

SQUARES, FOR BRAGGING RIGHTS
A commissioner can run a 10 by 10 squares sheet in their crew. People claim
squares, the runner confirms each one, and the digits are drawn only when the
sheet locks, so nobody picks a square knowing what it is worth. Type in each
quarter's score and the sheet settles itself. Bracketeer holds no money and
takes no stake: a square wins points in your crew's table and nothing else.

CIVIL, OR GONE
Everything anybody writes can be reported with a reason, and anybody can be
blocked in both directions. Whoever runs a crew can remove somebody from it.
Reports are read and acted on within 24 hours, and there is no tolerance for
objectionable content.

What’s new

Four looks. Pick the one you can read.

LOUD is the app as it was: gold, glow, motion. PAPER is cream cards for a phone in a dim bar. CALM is the quiet one, and what a new install opens on. SPORTS is the back page.

Settings is one tap from the home screen now, and the look chooser shows you each one before you pick. Your colours work in every look. Motion belongs to LOUD; the others hold still. No money changes hands, ever.
