How it works for Authors or project owners:

We’ll help you find creative freelancers on the information you provided through your project.. Or, simply search freelancers on your own.

Select Freelancer
Submit a proposal. Upon admin approval, the project goes live. Freelancers bid for the project. Winning bids are provided to the project owner, who selects the final freelancer. During this time, he can negotiate with freelancers with the help of the xtendhand team.

Pay and start the work
Use Xtendhand to communicate, share files, and collaborate throughout–from your desktop or mobile device. These information are propagated to the freelancer after payment or first milestones are received. Upon approval, the project is started and freelancer is assigned the job.

Work completion
Xtendhand Payment Protection uses a simple and streamlined process that helps you to secure your payments. Once freelancer completes the work, the submitted work is reviewed by the project owner. Upon approval by the project owner the amount held by Xtendhand admin is released to freelancers and he/she is paid and work is given back to the project owner.
