I had very few issues for months when coworkers were having issues much more frequently than I was. One day, it updated, and now I can't even log in or get the app to load more than the log in and have it spinning the loading icon at me. Quit updating the app when it is working fine, AFAIK it's an app for work and business, it doesn't need to be perfect, just usable to get the job done.

Videos do not upload at all for Android phones (other techs with Android have the same issue). Pictures can be uploaded fine. Zoom feature for taking pictures does not work at all. The picture taken reverts back to 1.0 magnification. This app basically takes some of the workload off of Service Advisors/Writers and pushes it onto the Technician. Technician to customer transparency is a good idea and it does help in that aspect. They updated the app (05/13/25) and now Androids can upload videos.

Not as efficient as the developers claims. For example I log in my account in the xtime application, oh I need to take a photograph okay switch to camera app take a photo and switch back to xtime. Less than 1 minute oh guess what you have to log in all over again every time. Big waste of time. Could use some work in other areas of the application as well
