About this app

Xtream-Masters Player is a clean, modern Android media player that lets you play media streams you bring to it. The app ships with no built-in playlists, no preloaded channels, and no media content — it is a pure player tool.

Bring your own source. Xtream-Masters Player supports three input modes:

• Single stream URL — paste any direct media URL (HLS, DASH, MP4, MKV, MP3) and play.

• Playlist URL (M3U) — load a standard .m3u / .m3u8 playlist that you have lawfully obtained and have the right to use.

• Provider login — if your media provider supports the standard player API, you can save your provider credentials so the app can list your library.

All sources are entered by you. The developer does not host, distribute, recommend, or have a relationship with any media provider, content owner, server, or playlist source. Whether the streams you play are legal in your country, and whether you have the right to stream them, is entirely your responsibility.

Optional per-app VPN client. Xtream-Masters Player includes a lightweight client for the standard Android VPNService, supporting OpenVPN, WireGuard, and IKEv2 protocols, plus HTTP/SOCKS proxy. It is a CLIENT only — we do not run, sell, or recommend any VPN servers. You supply your own VPN configuration file or your existing VPN provider's credentials.

The VPN, when enabled, is per-app: only this app's traffic is routed through the tunnel. Your other apps and your device's general internet connection are unaffected. The intended use case is for users whose media provider requires IP whitelisting — by routing only this app through a known IP, your provider's whitelist works without forcing all device traffic through the VPN. You can disable the VPN at any time from inside the app or from Android Settings → Network → VPN.

Privacy first. Everything you enter — credentials, playlist URLs, VPN configs — is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to the developer. There are no panel servers, no account servers, no remote analytics on what you play. Anonymous crash reports help us fix bugs.
