About this app

Volume Control Helper can make the device play at any volume. Either you want to adjust your volume higher or lower, or even want to tune the volume without being limited by the system, we could do if for you!.

Normal Mode

Activate on Specific Audio Type
You can enable or disable the fine-tuning effect for the different kind of sounds in the setting page. For example, You can only make the music sound have the fine-tuning effect. While other sounds such as notification, alarm, or phone calls remain unchanged.

Friendly Reminders

1. Under some specific phone models, the fine-tuning function will fail. This is because different phone models have different methods for volume control.
2. If the fine-tuning function fail after working normally for a while. It\'s because the Android system forcibly closes this APP for saving power. In this situation, just open this APP again and it will work; If you want this APP not to be closed by system, this website can be useful. It can keep specific APP continue working without closing by system for different phone models.

UPDATE 3-19-24 this app has started really causing trouble with my phone. I'll now get bogged down or locked up randomly, and I'll lose the service fi no reason sometimes . also, I think its dimming down my pgon calls, often adjusting the volume way down on its own. uninstalling to test otger options. App basically does what it needs to do. My phone's volume is way too high at low volume setting and this solves that issue. On my phone, the app resets regularly, so I have to go into the app and

Another app that doesn't work. I want it to lower Bluetooth headset call vol. (It's super-loud on lowest setting on my S22+.) I select "call volume," and adjust this slider during "test." Slider does nothing to change test tone's volume. I put it on lowest anyway. I make a test call - sure enough, nothing is lower volume. Ear-splitting. Widget thing doesn't even have Bluetooth volume displayed as an option. 2 stars, hoping dev replies or fixes.

Exactly what I needed! I have sleep headphones that have a bug where the volume doesn't go low enough. After searching for another model of sleep headphones and not having any luck I tired this app. Now, I set the volume to the lowest setting on my headphones and then use this app to reduce the volume even further to comfortable level. It works great. I recommend it for anyone needing the ability to lower/raise the volume to get around hardware issues.
