About this app

High Time is a reminder app for the tasks that come around every so often — changing the boiler filter, touching up rust spots, renewing a document — but whose deadline isn't necessarily a fixed date on a calendar. What matters is the last time you actually did it, or maybe you just like watching a clean progress bar move.

Here's the difference: the next oil change isn't April 15th. The count restarts from when you really did it, not from the date you'd originally marked. Tap [DONE] and the cycle resets itself — no piling-up delays, no manual recalculating.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Set an interval for recurring tasks, or pick a date for a one-time task (and reschedule it whenever you like)
- Color-coded progress bar, VU-meter style: green, then yellow, then red as the deadline gets closer — all red if you're overdue
- Notifications on two independent thresholds: "X days left" and "X% of the cycle", plus an automatic alert once a task is overdue
- Snooze a notification when you really don't feel like it. You know you shouldn't, but you will anyway.
- Tag-based categories, list filtering, centralized management (rename, delete, export per category)
- Vacations: while you're away, suspend notifications or freeze time (even just for one group of tasks)

BACKUP & CALENDARS
- CSV import/export for a full backup or to move data to another device
- .ics import/export for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook, with automatic recognition of simple recurrences

CUSTOMIZATION
- Custom accent color, including dynamic system color (Material You)
- Text size, scalable from 50% to 200%
- Interface and help pages in 14 languages (Bengali, Chinese, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Vietnamese)

PLAIN ON THE OUTSIDE, THOROUGH UNDER THE HOOD
The look is deliberately retro: monospace font, text-only buttons, ASCII art.
Under the hood, though, there's real attention to detail, solid data handling, and a lot of functionality.

You pay once. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no ads.
The app doesn't collect data and doesn't connect to outside services: what you write stays on your phone (though you can still export it easily, whenever you want).
