I emailed your account with my preferred seats as an early bird purchaser. No one has responded and the seats assigned to me are all in different blocks. This is unacceptable given the event's standards and the prestigious country its held in. Terrible service. If you will not respond or give me the seats I requested, at least refund the tickets.

last year the app worked great and smooth from before the race weekend and throughout it but now the app logged me out of the account and isn't giving me access to login through my phone again please address this issue and solve it

App is currently not working as you cannot log in with your account. Very unprofessional 2 months before grand prix.
