Already Fiché is the app that allows compliance with the obligations that mark both Royal Decree-Law 16/2013, of December 20 that establishes the need for a daily record of the day of part-time workers, such as the one that marks the Statute of Workers (article 35.5) which indicates that "for the purposes of calculating overtime, the day of each worker shall be recorded day by day".
With Ya Fiché you can register your daily work day, sign your ordinary and extraordinary hours every week and keep track of your hours worked, leave and vacation periods monthly.
Its operation is very simple:
Once the app is downloaded for free and installed, you must enter the information received in the welcome email. The user and password are assigned by the company and will be active during the time the employee is discharged.
It is advisable to mark "Remember password" for the agility of the app and it is totally safe. Once inside the session, you can change the password to one chosen by the user in the main menu of the application.
Remember that to reset the password you must include the email of the company with which the administrator has registered.
When you enter the app Ya Fiché you will find a menu with different options:
Validate hours - Validate means giving voluntary acceptance to the record of hours worked marked from the application, or to the modification of those hours made by the worker.
The hours are validated once the daily workday has been completed. A pop-up will appear on your mobile to remind you. If you decide not to validate them at the moment, you can access them later to do so.
If you are on medical leave, leave or vacation, your company must reflect it so you do not receive the daily pop up and so you do not need to validate your hours. If you receive the notification in error, by clicking "Low" or "Vacation" a notice will be sent to your company so that you will not be notified again until your incorporation.
What do you have to do to validate your hours?
Before the validate button, you will see your schedule marked by agreement. Since you have to specify the actual entry and exit schedule, the user can adjust that schedule manually. The app reflects the hours "that the employee is" which will be the effective hours. If the number of hours validated daily differs from the one stipulated by the company, you will be asked if this change of hours is justified or not justified.
And what is the difference between justified or unjustified change?
Justified, means that the change made in validated hours - when they differ from those stipulated by contract - responds to a justified reason according to your agreement or contract as a doctor, moving, delays accepted by your company ... In this case, the app Fiché will also tell you about the time he / she has not been in person at work (contract hours). If it is more time and is justified with the company will tell you that added time.
The opposite case is one in which the change made in the valid hours - when they differ from those stipulated by contract - DOES NOT respond to a justified reason according to your agreement or contract or is not accepted by your company. And in this case Ya Fiché will reflect the difference and you should adjust it with your company.
Weekly signature - Weekly you will be asked to sign the validated hours from your mobile. In case some day it has not been possible to validate your hours or you have forgotten, you will have the possibility to complete them before your weekly sign of signatures appears.
Activity Report - At any time, you can generate a pdf file with the monthly summary of your validated schedules from the menu of the Work Time app, so you can keep track of it.
