CAN, is an application which provides assistance for cancer patients by facilitating communication and coordination between the patient and different caregivers. The app title symbolizes the idea that CANcer patients CAN overcome their challenges. The app offers the following features:

Hire a caregiver: The app enables the patient to directly communicate and chat with different caregivers. The patients can request an at home doctor consultation, hire a nurse to provide at home care, hire a driver to provide transportation and schedule a meeting with a psychologist. Additionally, the patient can instantly share his/her current location with the caregiver while chatting. Moreover, the patient can book a future appointment with the caregiver using a user-friendly date/time selection interface.

Anonymous Wall: The app enables patients to share their stories, struggles, suggestions, and thoughts in an anonymous manner. Such a feature enables the users to be more open and worry less about being criticized or judged by others.

Learn about cancer: The app provides reliable and easy to understand information regarding different types of cancer. Various aspects can be accessed including cancer signs and symptoms, suggested diets and remedies.
