Set up designated pickup/drop off times - They didn't honor them, guy picked up a day later and dropped off a day earlier than we selected. Promo code magically disappeared when you actually get charged. - They had to refund me that because I called them on it. You miss a scheduled pickup, I'm absolutely positive they'll charge you. But if they miss it, oh well I guess. Terrible business. Drop off: left our washed clothes on our porch. Wish I could give them negative 5 stars. Buyer Beware

Found this service by accident but was in need, they are fabulous! my clothing has always been on time coming back folded very neatly and smelling amazing!

The app worked great, but the service was not good at all. I was able to schedule the laundry pick up very easily. I added how many pounds I needed done, and then I used the chat option to change my load amount and that worked great. However, when the laundry was dropped off, all the clothes smelled. It was like they put a17 lbs of laundry together in the washer machine and left overnight. The whole clothes smelled musty and I had to rewash all of it because of that!
