Found this service by accident but was in need, they are fabulous! my clothing has always been on time coming back folded very neatly and smelling amazing!

The app worked great, but the service was not good at all. I was able to schedule the laundry pick up very easily. I added how many pounds I needed done, and then I used the chat option to change my load amount and that worked great. However, when the laundry was dropped off, all the clothes smelled. It was like they put a17 lbs of laundry together in the washer machine and left overnight. The whole clothes smelled musty and I had to rewash all of it because of that!

Haven't tried the app. I just used the web. However, both times I have used this service, the pick up has been late - 90 minutes and 30 minutes. The first time the person did text and apologize, second was no communication. Not a great way to run a business. First usage, clothes returned clean and nicely folded. Second time I canceled. Will not recommend this company.
