Yakınla brings together services near you in a single app. With Yakınla Market, your grocery shopping comes to your door. Finding a handyman with Yakınla Service and ordering from a restaurant with Yakınla Food are also coming soon.

YAKINLA MARKET
Place your grocery shopping from your phone; your order is prepared at the Yakınla warehouse in your area and delivered to your door by courier. Products don't arrive by cargo from another city; they come from a warehouse near your neighborhood in your area.

GROCERY SHOPPING IN ONE BASKET
Select from categories or type the name in the search box to find fruits and vegetables, dairy and breakfast items, basic food items, bakery and pastry products, beverages, snacks, cleaning and personal care products.

LIVE ORDER TRACKING
See step-by-step how your order is being prepared, given to the courier, and on its way. Track the estimated arrival time on the screen while the courier is on the road. Receive notifications at every step.

SECURE PAYMENT
Make your payment with your credit or debit card using 3D Secure verification. Your card information is not stored with us; Payment is processed on the infrastructure of a licensed payment institution.

CLOSE BALANCE
Refund and missing product amounts are credited to your Close Balance. You can use your balance in your next order.

CAMPAIGNS AND OPPORTUNITIES
See your special campaigns and first order opportunities on a single screen. Multiple purchase discounts are applied to selected products in multiple fields.

MISSING ITEM LIST
Note down the items you've run out of at home, and add them to your cart from your list in your next purchase.

INVOICE
Enter your invoice information once, and your orders will be invoiced digitally.

CLOSE SERVICE — COMING SOON
From cleaning to repair, renovation to technical support; you will be able to write down the job you want done and get quotes from craftsmen in your area. You will be able to compare offers and message or video call within the application; when you choose the craftsman you like, your phone numbers will be shared with each other.

DINING NEARBY — COMING SOON
You will be able to view the menus of restaurants in your area on Yakınla and order food. Restaurants will be added and made available in the app; payment will be made by card with 3D Secure verification, just like grocery orders.

FOR THE YAKINLA TEAM
Our warehouse staff and couriers also use the same app. When a new order arrives at the warehouse, the employee's phone rings as an alarm until the order is viewed. The employee verifies the products in the order by scanning the barcode with their phone's camera; incorrect products are not packaged. While the courier is on duty, their location is shared throughout the delivery so that the customer can track the delivery. A persistent notification appears on the phone during the sharing process, and the sharing stops when the shift ends. These features are only enabled for employee accounts; location sharing is not enabled in the background for customer accounts.

SERVICE AREAS
Yakinla is expanding region by region across Turkey. Our currently active region is Kahramanmaraş Afşin; new cities and districts are being added step by step. When you select your address, the application will show you whether service is available in your region, working hours, minimum basket amount, and delivery fee.
