Yikes, it's really bad. This isn't rocket science, it's a hassle to set up. I tried manually, I went as far as logging in using a PC so I could use the QR code. Because of course you can't take a screenshot and upload that instead. I repeatedly got an authentication error but I can log in using a browser, so I know it isn't my credentials. The web page looks like it was advanced in 2001, so it figures the app is what we refer to as DTU. Difficult to use. Hard pass. I'll use a browser.

Can you guy change it back when we are on a ticket. We can see all the ticket for that one unit. Update. Thanks for adding the feature back. I just want to ask can you make it the second tap not the last one.

Hi Everett, Thank you for your review and feedback. And yes, in the next release of the app, we will be adding the tab for 'recent maintenance requests' (the last 10) like we have in the browser version of the product. Amy Varbel, Director

Depending in your location, you may have to log in and out several times during the work day. Seems like it's a safe and secure app, and is 90% reliable.

* Bulk Email was added to allow you to send the same email message to multiple tenants.
* From the Maintenance Request screen, you can view recent maintenance requests for the same unit.
* From the Tenant screen, you can view the Tenant ledger.
