The Yardi Maintenance IQ app works in conjunction with Yardi Elevate Maintenance IQ.

With the Yardi Maintenance IQ app, you can quickly and easily access and enter inspection and work order results from a smartphone or tablet without having to go to a browser.

worse than the app it replaced. App crashes all the time, making it very difficult to close work orders or do inspections. I'm still defaulting to using the old app as it is stable and doesn't crash on a whim. Update: It's getting worse, and now the legacy app is having issues forcing me to switch to this unstable product. ZERO stars if I could

it's sooo buggy. fix your app. this is embarrassing. worse is that I have to use this for work. terrible on both Android and apple. how do you do that.

app closes out unexpectedly while you are inspecting and then you have to let it reload again. it's very time consuming especially when you have 25 inspections and already pressed for time. please fix this!
