The Yardi Maintenance IQ app works in conjunction with Yardi Elevate Maintenance IQ.

With the Yardi Maintenance IQ app, you can quickly and easily access and enter inspection and work order results from a smartphone or tablet without having to go to a browser.

app closes out unexpectedly while you are inspecting and then you have to let it reload again. it's very time consuming especially when you have 25 inspections and already pressed for time. please fix this! Does not auto update to remove inspections automatically when rescheduled, have to remove the name of the inspector to get it to populate same with phone number updates.

worse than the app it replaced. App crashes all the time, making it very difficult to close work orders or do inspections. I'm still defaulting to using the old app as it is stable and doesn't crash on a whim. Update: It's getting worse, and now the legacy app is having issues forcing me to switch to this unstable product. ZERO stars if I could

not friendly for emergency situation. like if the tenant has emergency like water leak and they use online request for emergency work order. no body from the maintenance guys will see it until the next day. its supposed to be if they choose High priority work oder there will be a pop up that they need to call the emergency hotline for emergency work. and make sure that the choices for priority is first to filled up before the details of the tenant unit ans situation.
