Great app for paying rent and water bills. I really dislike the errors regarding rent payment amount. Also, I find it annoying upon logging in more than once daily to access bulletin board, that I continue to get the message " exceeded login attempts" and then prompts to do Reset Password when password is accurate. Last but not least, the Bozzuto app crashes repeatedly. Developers need to fix these issues.

The app was great, but now I have login issues every single time. I have to hit cancel everytime the biometrics pop-up (which is like 3 times) and use regular email/password log in. This didn't start happening until maybe a month or so ago. I was always able to use biometric login before that without any issue. Otherwise the app is easy to use and a great way to pay rent, post a bulletin to your community, or request maintenance.

At its best, it's a straightforward app that has everything you need to manage your time as a resident. At its worst, pages don't load, it crashes, and submission requests don't go through. Overall kinda clunky, but most of the time, it gets the job done.
