All maintenance requests are responded to very quickly! If the fix is quick and easy, it's usually done within a couple hours or less. Other, more involved requests, however, are responded to immediately and a plan is made and carried out in a timely manner. Maintenance is excellent in this complex!

manager is great at communicating, the app is extremely helpful in making payments and viewing different features. the neighborhood has smart devices inside that allows you to control thermostat and other things like lights in the home from your phone.

Pros: Easy to use. Convenient. Cons: Appears sloppy. Words were overlapping and not readable. Some areas, words were cut off and not visible.
