SchoolEra – Smart Cloud-Based School Management System

SchoolEra is an easy school management system. The Principal and Teachers can manage school data using this app. Students and Parents can open their account and see their information.

All data is stored in the cloud, so users can open their account anytime and anywhere using their ID and password. They can easily see their data, just like plug and play.

👨‍💼 Principal Panel (Full School Control)

The Principal has complete control over school.

📊 Dashboard Overview

Principal can view:
• Total Teachers
• Total Students
• Total Classes
• Total Parents


👩‍🏫 Manage Teachers

Principal can:
• Add Teacher
• Edit Teacher
• Delete Teacher

While adding a teacher, the following information is collected:
• Full Name
• Email (for login)
• Phone Number
• Password


🏫 Manage Classes

Principal can:
• Add Class (Class 1 to Class 10)
• Add Sections (A, B, C, D, etc.)
• Edit Class
• Delete Class

In Manage Class section, Principal can also see:
• Assigned Class Teacher Name
• Total Number of Students in that Class


🎓 Manage Students

Principal can:
• Select Class first
• Add Student
• Edit Student
• Delete Student
• Link Parent with Student

While adding a student, the following details are collected:
• Student Name
• Roll Number
• Email (for login)
• Phone Number (optional)
• Password
• Linked Parent

Principal can also view students class-wise.


👨‍👩‍👧 Manage Parents

Principal can:
• Add Parent
• Edit Parent
• Delete Parent

While creating a parent account, the following information is collected:
• Parent Name
• Email (for login)
• Mobile Number
• Password


🔗 Assign Class to Teacher

Principal can:
• Assign any class to any teacher
• View assigned class list
• See how many students are in each assigned class


📢 Notice Board

Principal can:
• Add Notice (Title & Content)
• Edit Notice
• Delete Notice
• View notice list


📅 Events Management

Principal can:
• Add Event
• Edit Event
• Delete Event

While adding event:
• Event Title
• Description (Optional)
• Event Date
• Venue (Optional)


👩‍🏫 Teacher Panel

After login, Teacher can see overview:
• Assigned Class
• Total Students in Class
• Present Day Summary

Teacher can:
• Add Student

• Link Parent to Student

Homework details include:

After login, Parent can see their child’s name at the top.

Parent can only view:

Parents cannot edit any data.
