Prices are good. But the wait times are often very long, and prebooking a ride means nothing because they still are often late, or just straight up cancel your ride. Clearly they don't have enough drivers to meet the demand they get for offering lower fees than other services. Before they started doing the permanent $5 dollar off promotion (to undercut their competitors) the service was excellent. Now it's inconsistent at best. Only reason to keep using it is because it's cheaper (Med Hat)

When it works it's great, but it's absolutely abysmal that you can pre-book a ride hand have it confirmed hours or even a day in advance and get a notification about an hour before that they've cancelled your ride and have overbooked themselves. for some reason the system doesn't say 'no, sorry we can't take you' and give you time to make other arrangements, they just screw you over at the last minute. fix the system and decline the rides you can't take, this has happened way too many times

Spade Angels
I used to be able to book for 7:40am a day in advance every morning to get to work, but recently every single time I have done so, they will cancel my ride LAST MINUTE stating its a over booking issue resulting in me being late for work. customer service sometimes doesn't even reply, and the one time they did, they were very unprofessional, telling me a detail of a drivers personal life as an excuse. I do not recommend this service, coming from someone whos used the app for years.
