Year of Color is an annual review of your Instagram posts throughout the year, with a difference! Sign in with your Instagram account and the app scans all of your posts from the year. For each image, it finds the most prominent colors that it contains, and then combines all the colors into a beautiful, shareable representation of your year.

Discover your personal or business palette and extract the colors that you most often use so you can include them in your designs and social media posts.

I'm having a lot of consistent issues with logging in. Facebook didn't work at all, and Google does work, but I have to sign in every so often in a single session. Instagram was hit or miss, and I would be signed in, then it wouldn't have any images loaded, and then it would be signed in and I could get my report started. I love the concept, and the UI is great looking, but there's a lot of issues related to accounts and logins.

Used a free version last year and bought the app app this year - and that was my first mistake. I keep on getting an error message saying that you cannot connect to my instagram, despite being connected to my instagram (it shows in the top left corner and has my previous YoC data). I thought it was just the Year of Colour 2021 part but no it happens all over.

This looked like a bit of fun but I've found it very frustrating. It says it's connected to my Instagram but I keep going round in circles with closing a pop up window then it asking me to connect again. Have tried closing and reopening the app, and it's the same.
