Hit and miss, mostly miss! Sometimes it will say the unit is connected, then disconnected. Can't blame the wifi, have other devices near or further from wifi without issue. If this was the main robot vacuum in use or I had multiples and had to deal with the app for them I would be throwing the darn thing out and deleting the app.

every time I launch the app it has "timed out" forcing me to log back in, even with as little as a 10 second gap in my phone having locked, then once I get back into the app it's a 50/50 chance that I get a cannot connect error and have to try again, including logging back in. the vacuum itself does a decent job and the scheduled cleaning seems to work great but the app is a pile of hot garbage.

Updating my review after 5 months of regular use, from 2 to 1 star. This app is truly awful. It almost never succesfully logs in the first time and is always timing me out. Not to mention it usually cannot find the room I want it to clean so I have to auto-clean to force it to map and find the room. If you're between a yeedi and another vacuum, go with the other one solely based on the app. The vacuum/mop itself is fine but the app makes it SIGNIFICANTLY less convenient to operate.
