At most of our locations, you can set a 4-digit pinpad code in the app, which can be used to unlock your locker without your phone.

The app used to be fast and a one-click operation to open my locker. Now it's three clicks everytime. Fewer clicks always for everything should be the goal.

Great concept, but needs to have better options for accessibility. I have noticed that often people with mobility issues have problems with these lockers because the locker they are assigned is not easily accessible (too high, too low, in an awkward corner) and you can't choose another locker. There really needs to be a feature to say "select different locker".

This was the worst thing ever. I needed to use it at Prairewood Pools and it wasn't working for anyone. The entire place had issues with it, it was giving us all the same locker but wouldn't open any for us. When I finally got one to open it wouldn't allow me to set a pin and leave my phone in there. Then it got locked and wouldn't let me take my stuff out, kept saying sorry there was an issue but wouldn't fix the issue. So stupid.
