The widget works, but not reliably. At some point it stopped updating for unknown reasons. No response to this complaint. Now it updates, but abaut a week ago a new problem started - after a short while it becomes invisible and can be made visible again by changing its color settings.

*** Urgent -- widget is now visually corrupted. It was working find for years. It needs notification permission in order work properly. I also wish that I could do more formatting on the display like abbreviated month (NOV) and font adjustments.

After Update in March 2026, this widget works but the ICON doesn't show at all on my Galaxy S23 Ultra phone, WhY? The Icon on my Galaxy Note20 dies show complete Icon showing DAY & DATE. Works great in my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra cellphone and also on my 2 older Galaxy phones.
